Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Morgan brings over 25 years of healthcare leadership experience, having previously served as CEO of Premier Rehabilitation Network and SVP of Operations at Kindred Healthcare. She holds an MD from Johns Hopkins and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Dr. James Wilson

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Wilson is a board-certified physiatrist with specialized training in neurological rehabilitation. He previously served as Medical Director at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago and has published extensively on innovative rehabilitation techniques.

Michael Chen

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Chen brings 20 years of healthcare finance experience, having previously served as CFO of Sunrise Senior Living and VP of Finance at HCA Healthcare. He holds an MBA from Wharton and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Sophia Rodriguez

Chief Experience Officer

Ms. Rodriguez brings luxury hospitality expertise from her previous roles as VP of Guest Experience at Four Seasons Hotels and Director of Service Excellence at Ritz-Carlton. She holds a degree in Hospitality Management from Cornell University.

Dr. Kim leads our rehabilitation technology initiatives, bringing expertise from his previous role as Director of Rehabilitation Technology at the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab. He holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from MIT.

Jonathan Taylor

Chief Development Officer

Mr. Taylor oversees our facility development and expansion, bringing expertise from his previous role as SVP of Real Estate Development at Ventas REIT and Director of Development at Welltower. He holds an MS in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
